Your privacy is important to me, so I have created the following Privacy and Security Policy to let you know what information I collect when you visit this web site.

What information do I collect from you?

I collect information needed to contact you at a later date. If I collect personal contact information, you may contact in writing at a later date to have your information removed from my system.

I may collect your name, address, and phone number.

I use the contact information to create a purchase sales receipt, to ship educational materials when requested, and in the case where required by California State Education Regulations, will maintain certain data such as your name for permanent records, transcripts, etc.

I may collect your email address.

I need your email address to contact you online. I use it to help you to find your online records in case you have forgotten a user password. Ocassionally, I may send an email with important information concerning CalBRE and new laws that may effect your method of conducting business. On ocassions, I may send to your email address special promotional offers that may help you to further your career. You may request to have your email addresss removed from my system.

We may collect purchase information.

With any online purchase, I do collect Credit Card information (including the credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code) and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address as required by the online Credit Card Processing company, HOWEVER, I not retain your credit card number excepting only its last four digits.

How do I protect information I collect?

We offer secured web pages to collect all credit card information, using state-of-the-art online transaction procedures and technologies including 2048-bit data encryption oer secure socket layers ("SSL"). All electronic transactions take place on our secured web page, https://www.RealEstateHomeStudyServices. During the transaction process, your Internet process will be automatically transferred to our secured server and your session will remain on this secured server until the secured transaction has been completed in full. A browser-dependent security signal will be displayed to notify you concerning the security measures that I have implemented.

Other information collected during your web visit.

All Internet Service Providers ("ISP's") and Web Hosting Sites collect visitor-specific information that is beyond our control. Web Hosing Sites may collect information that may include, but are not limited to:

• Type of personal computer (PC or Apple Mac, for an example)
• Internet browser type, version, etc.
• Your IP address
• Duration of time spent on any given web page for a visitor
• "Click-thrus"

This data may be use to generate "reports" that may include, but are not limited to:

• Number of visitors per web page per month
• Number of unique visitors per month
• Number of repeat visitors per month
• Geographic analysis
• Data download transfers ("Traffic") rates per month

How long do I protect data that I have collected?

For all courses, I will maintain the course records for as long as Real Estate Home Study Services is providing education services.

Sharing of collected information.

I do not share any collected information with other parties. I do not sell or provide any information about you to any third-party agency unless, upon special circumstances, that agency would only be the California Burea of Real Estate.
